Rebecca is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA where she gained a core foundation in The Ben Benjamin system of Muscular Therapy.  Muscular Therapy is a style of massage that is heavily based on precision and sensitivity that comes from a thorough education in anatomy, physiology, and technique. She is also a certified and insured member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworker (NCTMB), and a member of The American Pregnancy Massage Association (APMA).

Rebecca has also had the privilege of completing specialized study in MotherMassage®, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Lomilomi, Orthopedic Cupping, and Reiki level I and II. She is also a certified Yoga instructor. She incorporates these techniques into an integrated session that’s personalized towards the individual goals of her clients.
