Morning Yoga Virtual Class

This moderate-level class focuses on slowly waking up the joints and stretching the body along with using breath and movement to create heat and increase prana (energy). I’m a strong believer that yoga should be adapted to each individual body. While I am demonstrating the poses, I encourage you to take the pose to where it feels comfortable to you, instead of trying to copy what you see on screen. As this is a more moderate to intermediate class, feel free to make modifications for your own skill level. Yoga should never be painful or forced so just follow your breath, do what feels comfortable and take breaks in child’s pose as needed.
